Byblos is adding some exciting new dishes to their menu this month and aren’t we excited!

They include Byblos’s devilishly decadent chargrilled chicken, duck breast, braised mussels, Sirloin, Barramundi, lamb shoulder and a new way to share the ever popular mezzat!

What do you get when you cross Eggs Benedict with Lobster? If you don’t know, then let us paint you a picture. Soft-poached eggs and wilted spinach on a toasted muffin with half a lobster tail, saffron hollandaise and served with a glass of McWilliams Brut.

The Bar N Grill experts at Belvedere will release their new menu in April that will feature a mouth-watering Antipasti to start, a selection of main courses to be shared on the table with vegetables and salad and a mixed dessert platter to share!
