Travel Tips

We require you to check in your baggage at the baggage check-in desk prior to the boarding process beginning.  After checking your baggage, please feel free to use the varied retail facilities on offer at Portside Wharf, whilst you wait to be called for embarkation.

Passengers that are completing their cruise will be disembarking between 6am and 10am.

Embarkation for passengers leaving port will begin approximately 45 minutes after disembarkation of returning passengers is complete.

Security

Passports and photo identification is required for all passengers embarking on a cruise from Portside Wharf.

Passengers travelling with children must have appropriate identification for all accompanying children.

No guest visitors will be permitted aboard any vessel.  Only ticketed passengers will be allowed past the security checkpoints.

All health questionnaires must be completed in full prior to entering the embarkation terminal.

All hand-carried items will be x-rayed.

Persons with medical conditions and pace makers or implanted electronic devices should produce relevant medical certification prior to entering the embarkation area.

Passengers may be subject to search.

In addition many other security measures regarding guests, crew and cargo have been increased.
