Portside Building 4 - Construction Update – April 2012

Current Construction Status

• Sheeting walls and ceilings on Level 15 completed
• Tiling on Level 15 mostly complete
• Fit-out on Level 15 well advanced
• Carpet laid on up to Level 13
• Final paint complete up to Level 14
• Painting to façade essentially complete
• Balustrade installation complete
• Scaffold stripping days away from completion
• External landscaping in full swing
• Roof Plant complete
• Local demolition to podium completed!

Construction activities for April are as follows:

• Crane to be removed 22nd, 23rd, 24th April
• External Hardscaping and Landscaping
• Defects
• Cleaning
• Basement finishes
• Material being taken offsite, containers and material moving around the site
• Painting

Noise

• Concrete pours and vibrating concrete
• Some concrete drilling
• Metal grinding
• Delivery trucks
• Mobile plant

Site changes

• External works tying into existing Promenade ongoing
• Perimeter ATF hoarding pulled in slightly where possible
