Jewels by the Sea is an exclusive collaboration between riverside restaurant FOSH and Brisbane jeweller Imperial Jewellery, bringing together exceptional seafood, live music, and extraordinary craftsmanship for a truly memorable night.
Set against the waterfront at Portside Wharf, FOSH — known for its modern seafood-focused menu, seasonal produce, and refined dining experience — will host an indulgent seven-course seafood degustation showcasing some of Australia’s most sought-after ingredients. Guests can expect delicacies including Oscietra caviar, Fraser Island crab, and Tasmanian rock lobster, paired with premium wines.
Throughout the evening, the restaurant will be transformed with a curated display of Imperial Jewellery’s bespoke, vintage, and sustainably sourced pieces, allowing guests to experience the artistry of fine jewellery up close while enjoying live jazz entertainment.
Adding an element of excitement to the evening, guests will also have the chance to win one of three exclusive jewellery prizes, headlined by the spectacular $72,000 Nerida Jewel. This heirloom necklace is crafted in platinum and 18-carat rose gold and features a striking 21.69-carat aquamarine, complemented by South Sea pearls, diamonds, and sapphires. Designed with versatility in mind, the necklace can be worn in nine distinct ways, making it a truly unique statement piece.
